John Piper

Pastor John Piper is the Pastor for Preaching & Vision at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, and studied at Wheaton College, where he first sensed God’s call to enter the ministry. He went on to earn degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary (B.D.) and the University of Munich (D.theol.) For six years he taught Biblical Studies at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and in 1980 accepted the call to serve as pastor at Bethlehem. John is the author of more than 30 books and more than 25 years of his preaching and teaching is available free at desiringGod.org. John and his wife, Noel, have four sons, one daughter, and an increasing number of grandchildren.

David Michael

A passion to make God supreme in the hearts of children has driven Pastor David Michael and his wife, Sally, to oversee the creation of God-centered children’s curricula. The Michaels direct Parenting and Children’s Discipleship at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With a deep desire to give children a foundation of truth to build on, the Michaels and a team of devoted partners took up the arduous task of developing curricula for Bethlehem Baptist Church and for the Ministry o Children Desiring God

Miguel Núñez

Pastor Miguel Núñez, Th.M., is the senior pastor of Iglesia Bautista Internacional, a young church in Santo Domingo that has been blessed by the Lord with rapid growth since its founding in 1998. After 15 years of practicing and teaching medicine in the United States, Pastor Núñez returned to Santo Domingo with his wife Cathy to establish a church based on the sufficiency of the Scripture. In 2004, he started Ministerios Integridad & Sabiduría® (Integrity & Wisdom Ministries®) with the goal of impacting contemporary culture through God’s revelation. In 2007, he published his first book, ¿Y Quien es Jesús? (“And Who is Jesus?”). He is also author of over 200 audio and visual materials and hosts a weekly television program – Respuestas: Verdades absolutas para un mundo relativo® (Answers: Absolute Truths for a relative world ®).

Sugel Michelén

Pastor Sugel Michelén of Iglesia Bíblica del Señor Jesucristo in Santo Domingo, a church founded 31 years ago. Its vision is: “To be a community that is passionate about God’s glory and His Gospel, committed to living the present life in light of eternity “. Pastor Sugel finished his theological studies in 1979, and, as part of his pastoral ministry, he is responsible for the regular preaching of the Word of God at his church. Pastor Sugel and his wife Gloria have two daughters, a son, and two grandchildren.

Oscar Arocha

Pastor Oscar Arocha studied Electrical Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He worked as an Engineer until 1985, when he received the calling to be a pastor in Santiago, Dominican Republic, at Iglesia Bautista de la Gracia (Grace Baptist Church). He is a professor of Ecclesiology and Homiletics at La Academia Ministerial de la Gracia in Santiago, and has been the main speaker in different conferences around Latin America. His sermons and teachings are broadcasted every week on radio and television stations in the Dominican Republic and other countries. He also contributes writing a column in a local newspaper. Pastor Arocha and his wife have three children and nine grandchildren.
